TO ALL WATER PATRONS: PLEASE KNOW THAT THE BONITA CREEK WATER COMPANY IS ITS OWN ENTITY. WE CREATE THE WATER YOU RECEIVE AT YOUR HOME. THERE IS A LIMITED SUPPLY. WE ONLY HAVE 30,000 GALLONS AT ANY ONE TIME FOR THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY. PLEASE USE IT WISELY. THANK YOU.

Meter Cost $515 One time fee
Activation Charge $50 One time fee
Hiring a trenching company is the responsibility of the water customer. The company will trench from the main line to where your meter will be installed. Contact Rick Balentine, Water Director, to schedule with him before digging. Thank you.
Currently there is a $64.15 monthly service charge to be connected to the water system for a standard meter size of 5/8"x3/4". Charges for water are billed monthly. The water use is tiered and is broken down below. Current state taxes for our water are at 6.6%.
0 - 2,000 Gal. @ $6.91 per 1000 Gal.
2,001 - 7,000 Gal. @ $10.37 per 1000 Gal.
7,001 > Gal. @ $12.44 per 1000 Gal.
Proposed Water Costs TBD by ACC Summer 2024
Please note that the water company has a 2023 pending rate increase with the ACC for a monthly flat rate of $96.23.
Primarily due to inflation, this will allow us to continue producing water.
We should have a decision by summer 2024. Please prepare accordingly.

Current state taxes for our water are at 6.6%.

2,001 - 7,000 Gal. @ $15.56 per 1000 Gal.
7,001 > Gal. @ $18.66 per 1000 Gal.
NOTICE TO ALL WATER CUSTOMERS:
IT IS THE HOMEOWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INSTALL AN ADDITIONAL VALVE NEAR THE METER BOX TO TURN THEIR WATER ON AND OFF. THIS IS A REQUIREMENT OF THE BONITA CREEK WATER COMPANY. DO NOT USE THE WATER COMPANY METERED VALVE FOR THIS PURPOSE.
